This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by kvmsync Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("kvmsync," "we," or "Company") and applies to all data processing between you and us via this website, console, APIs, and related clients (collectively, the "Services").

By registering or using the Services, you confirm you fully understand and unconditionally accept this Policy.If you disagree with any part of this Policy, stop using the Services and close your account immediately. Refusing required information may prevent use of the Services; we are not liable for that outcome.

To provide services and meet compliance obligations, we may collect the following categories of information (including but not limited to):

• Account & identity: registration email, username, password hash, phone (if applicable), company name, and billing contacts
• Transactions & finance: orders, payment records, invoices, refunds, and collections; payment data is processed by PCI-DSS certified gateways; we retain transaction records for financial audit for at least 7 years
• Usage & operation logs: SSH/VNC connection records (source IP, timestamps, session duration), console actions, API calls, bandwidth and CPU stats, tickets and support chat full text—retained for at least 730 days by default
• Network & device: IP address, browser type/version, OS, cookie IDs, device fingerprints, HTTP Referer, and page behavior
• Compliance & security: fraud scores, anomaly flags, law-enforcement materials, and security incident records

We and partner analytics providers may automatically collect behavioral data via cookies, pixels, and local storage for service improvement, security monitoring, and business analysis.

We may use collected information for the following purposes (without separate consent), including but not limited to:

• Provide, maintain, improve, and personalize our services
• Authenticate, prevent fraud, run compliance checks, and monitor security
• Billing, renewals, collections, and financial reconciliation
• Send invoices, expiry reminders, system notices, marketing, and product updates (system notices cannot be disabled)
• Data analysis, profiling, capacity planning, and business decisions
• Comply with laws and respond to lawful government, regulator, or court requests
• Protect the legitimate rights of kvmsync and its affiliates

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. We may share or disclose information in the following cases, without prior notice or consent：

• Affiliates: subsidiaries of the kvmsync group, or entities after merger or acquisition
• Service providers: data center hosting, CDN, payments, email/SMS, support systems, and security audit partners
• Legal compliance: as required by applicable law, court orders, government directives, or regulators
• Business transfers: in mergers, asset sales, reorganizations, or bankruptcy, information may transfer as a business asset
• Security: to investigate, prevent, or address security threats, illegal activity, or Terms violations

Information may be processed in overseas data centers such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and the US. Continued use constitutes consent to cross-border transfer. We are not jointly liable for third-party processing.

Data is stored in global data centers we select. After account closure, billing records are kept for 7 years; operation logs for 2 years; other data is usually deleted within 90 days, except where law or disputes require longer retention.

We and partners use necessary cookies (keep you signed in), functional cookies (remember preferences), and analytics cookies (understand usage) for session management, traffic analysis, advertising, and fraud prevention. Disabling cookies may break some features; related loss is your responsibility.

We protect your data with TLS 1.3 in transit, access controls, and industry-standard measures. However, internet transmission cannot be absolutely secure, and kvmsync is not liable for any data breach, alteration, or loss caused by attacks, vulnerabilities, internal error, third parties, or force majeure.

Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, or deletion of some information, except records tied to open invoices, disputes, or compliance retention. kvmsync has final say on request outcomes and may charge a reasonable fee or refuse repetitive or overbroad requests.

The Services are for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect minors' information; if we discover mistaken collection, we will delete it promptly and assume no related liability. If a minor registers without guardian consent, we may close the account and delete related data.

kvmsync may revise this Policy at any time without prior notice or separate consent. Changes take effect when published on this page; continued use means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Services and close your account; fees already paid are non-refundable.
